A Rotta Love Plus is a comprehensive and proactive all-volunteer advocacy organization that uses a “nose-to-tail” approach to address the issues faced by Rottweilers and pit bulls. ARLP’s strategies include public outreach and awareness to repair the reputation of its breeds, community enrichment, and education via its therapy dog program, spay/neuter initiatives, owner education and training, and foster-based dog rescue and rehoming.

Adopt A Husky Minnesota is a Siberian Husky rescue organization that was formed by a group of hardworking volunteers committed to saving the lives of unwanted dogs and puppies both locally and across the Midwest. Our dream is to educate the general public about this beautiful breed and provide care for the multitude of homeless huskies that have found themselves in the shelter system. We take in dogs from shelters, strays picked up off the streets, and animals surrendered directly from individuals who can no longer care for them. With 4 million animals being euthanized every year in shelters around the country, the number of dogs needing our help is endless.
Angel of Hope is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Foster-Based, All-Volunteer Rescue Organization dedicated to Rescuing, Providing Loving Care and appropriate Vet Care to Homeless and Abandoned Pets.
Animal Ark is a Minnesota-based animal welfare organization. We embrace and follow a no-kill philosophy in our work to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home Minnesota’s lost and homeless companion animals. With staff providing basic medical care and keeping of our shelter animals, a dedicated group of volunteers provides the next level of care, making the rehabilitation of these wonderful animals possible. Our volunteers provide needed socialization for the companion animals living at the shelter, focusing on the needs of the individual animal based on his or her personality.
Aussie Rescue of Minnesota, Inc. (ARM) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) adoption and referral service dedicated to placing Aussies in new, permanent homes. All of the Aussies available for adoption have been temperament tested, spayed/neutered, are current on their shots, and are heart worm checked and/or treated. All members of ARM are volunteers and receive no monetary compensation for their efforts. All of our dogs live in foster homes until a suitable “forever home” can be found.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Carver-Scott Humane Society was founded in 1989 for the purpose of finding homes for unwanted dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens. Since our founding, we have grown to rescue and rehome over 400 companion animals every year. Our organization helps animals and families in the west metro of the Twin Cities with a focus on Carver, Scott and Hennepin Counties.
